Time will tell if I'm right or wrong, but I believe in time NWBO's relationship with CRL will be reestablished. I can't say if they'll be the sole CDMO for much of the world, or just a part of the big picture, but I believe they'll play a part.
Most of the biotech's I've invested in were developing drugs and had no products in the market. I can't think of a one that didn't take substantially longer than originally anticipated.
Biotech's are far from exclusive on this, the delays in getting solar installations done is little different. I'm putting in solar in Grass Valley, it was supposed to be done by now, but they still must do some testing before we can even get the permit. While the solar install is nowhere near the septic system, which was installed with the house and serviced when we purchased it, an additional test must be done before they can permit, which the county must witness. In short, it will probably take nearly double the time originally anticipated. It's much like biotech, and with incentives being removed shortly will probably get much worse.
With a house well off the beaten path it's almost necessary to either have solar, or a backup propane fueled generator, and substantial propane supply. I've chosen solar to be as free of need for outside support as possible, as propane appliances fail they'll all be replaced with electric and we'll have plenty of solar capacity to support them. We began with an all-electric heat pump for heating and cooling.
Those who think LP is doing all this just to be wealthier need to consider that she could have done nothing, and she could have lived extravagantly on what she already had. No doubt, with success she'll be even wealthier, but that's not what's driving her. She wants to help cure a terrible disease and make a contribution to mankind.
As for the posts by many that sound like AI, they may be, I certainly don't know. If they are, I respect that they're not abusing what they get, but of course it's there for the editing. I feel for today's teachers who must grade papers never being sure who, or what, actually prepared most of them.
