page 118a, Appendic C of shareholder Petition for Writ of Certiorari: "The Court finds that Defendants' proposed ANDA Products will induce infringement of the [SHTG] Asserted Claims, but........"

Neither Seth Waxman, former Solicitor General representing Amarin, nor Amarin shareholders obtained relief from that ["claims are obvious under 35 U.S.C. 103" ] holding in their respective, subsequent Petitions for Writs of Certiorari  for review of the ultimate different issues presented in/by those Petitions. 

Now there is a 3rd Petition pending, this one filed by Hikma, in which the current Solicitor General has been asked to present his views, though he was not previously a party in the current cause of action in Delaware.
