And moreover, according to you everyone should have know years ago because of using ECA that FDA is out of question. So why do you think the company didn’t explicitly lay out the plan and give guidance going forward half a decade ago after data lock , stating that there is no plan for FDA submission for any foreseeable future because of current guidelines ( if it was so glaringly obvious anyway , according to you ). Where do you think SP would have been if they had clearly stated that almost 5 years ago or even last year , and how many investors / shareholders would be left.
