MTi Mingothings is the latest Reverse Merger being talked about on ihub. Basically MTi Mingothings ends up with 51% voting control of Affluence Corp as per the Preferred A shares issued to the shareholders (sellers of MTi Mingothings as Affluence Corp issues/ed for the transaction completion. Thereby making it a Reverse Merger and whoever has 51% voting control in theory controls the company

I was testing to see if ai picks up on ihub talk about MTi Mingothings as a reverse merger and it did not.
