They don't have news to hold it, and they don't have shares to stay solvent. They have to split. They will try to dress it up by saying "they are splitting to uplist! woo!" and they probably will uplist. But it will immediately drop without real news.

Agreed. Which is why I'm coming around to the idea that it's best to sell now and wait two years for something real to happen after they have executed their reverse split and dropped the market cap back down to $30-50 million, which it will absolutely get to.
