"4. Requalification

A. Automatic Requalification. A Company that was previously removed from OTCID for failure
to meet any requirement may automatically requalify for OTCID if it (i) satisfies the eligibility
criteria set forth in Sections 1 and 2; and (ii) has not undergone a Change in Control.

B. Requalification after a Change in Control. A Company that has been removed from OTCID
subsequent to a Change of Control may requalify for OTCID by submission of the required
Fees and information specified under Section 2(G) within the applicable timeframes and by
satisfying the eligibility criteria set forth in Sections 1 and 2 of these rules."
