Poo claims there is, yet continually posts useless crap that is well passed the claimed dates. I dont know of any SoL.
As for legal wranglings, Linda has been promising since at least 2010, but the bigger issue is that DBMM and all of its officers are public figures and fair game, but yes to a point. Do you think anyone would bother with a drawn out case tring to prove someones feelings got hurt, beyond a shadow of a doubt? Not likely. These facts were presented to her way back when and the subject went away. Until now, what I assume is her trying to ride the coatails of the 'influencers' stupid moves. But they were pumpers right! Got a clue yet?
