Think of your work you do daily for a living, think how hard it could be for someone not trained like you and them thinking it’s so easy just because you know how to do it. In life things look easier than what they are, you look at a small mountain and think yea I can climb that in 30 minutes, 3 hours later you are huffing and puffing somewhere in the middle. Things take time, canyons are forged by rivers over millions of years. So 3 to 6 months for Junior to do his thing is not unreasonable.
