Bailing soon. This week. Looks like they are setting up for the 5M warrants execution at 2.97 to double the float.

Assuming they spent their 300 s21 sale monies last month and this month burned through the rest of the cash on hand.

They need those warrants exercised to fund operations moving forward.

Will the investor sell the shares from warrants before during strength? 🤷‍♂️

Not sure where the price will settle after there are 10-11M shares vs. 5M and change. Not sticking around to find out.

Only time management cares about the stock price is when they need money and are setting up dilution.
