Indeed. Like you've said before - anyone winning a suit against Linda would get nothing but the company. It's dead broke so there's no money to be had.
Who in their right mind would want it? It's a losing POS company that can't get out of its own way.
So, someone would spend money on a lawsuit, only to win a defunct POS company that can't sign on any clients!
