Maybe. I think DennisDave "political cover" theory has a lot of logic behind it, and it wouldn't be hard for those who currently define this small OTC "market" (MMs) to know that until the June 30 deadline passes there will be no announcement and continue to manipulate the price in the meantime. If that's the case we should see a move late next week and then into July. I realize that we've had other theories come and go that this may, too, but I'm hopeful that this is the beginning of the end of the beginning of the NWBO story.
