I have spent a lot of time in the U.S. (mostly New York and Silicon Valley), so I understand the promotional nature of the culture. That said, as you outline with AI responses, there is currently little basis for those promotional statements in the U.S., especially as no NDA has been filed and no approvals exist anywhere. As a European, I simply don't see any point in that promotional in the market here.
