I certainly agree that the sort of market caps you're suggesting are achievable, but I'm uncertain if Europe, which doesn't include the UK, would be sufficient by itself to go that high.

Worldwide I believe far more than $20 billion could be warranted, but it will take some time.

Do you have an estimated of how many people in Europe you believe should be put on the drug, and how much you expect the company to receive for each patient annually.
