Yes FeMike. I believe that DCVax-L can be prepared in hospitals. The same
hospital that carries out the surgery can be set up to prepare the tumor lysate as
well as conduct the leukapheresis. A laboratory in the same hospital can be
dedicated to prepare the tumor lysate, dendritic cells as well as the DCs proliferative
and DC hyperactivity promoting agents before that mixture is introduced into the
flaskworks units that are located in the same hospital.

After all, once the applications for many other solid cancers is approved,
one location such as Sawston would be overwhelmed and the volume of
work would be more than sufficient to coax a number of major
hospitals to dedicate facilities for DCVax treatments (L or D or both?).
I am not saying that this will happen in 2025 or even 2026 but the
preparations for such local DCVax-L and or D hospital treatments should
commence after the MAA approval because it could take years to complete
those tasks.

Finally, didn't LP give us a hint when she used the word "franchise"?
