This is a publicly owned company trading on a US market. There is no secret strategy that’s way bigger than what they have PR’d. It’s literally illegal if they are selling shares.

You tell investors your strategy. You publish guidance. You support the stock price. Period.

You don’t do things in hiding while awarding yourself bonuses and diluting shares to insiders at suppressed prices.
