lj: Possibly. Perhaps at Mariana Trench levels. I do know that the market at the beach in Maryland has softened. Sellers are reducing the "asking" prices. Not many, but last year it was unheard of. We are talking vacation homes. It will be interesting to see how many beach properties come on the market at the end of the season. In fact, that could be one of the under-the-radar leading indicators of a recession.
