Oh, I completely disagree with that idea.
In 14 years of riding the ugly AVXL rollercoaster, as many here also know, this stock gets tossed around like a ragdoll by the wall street trading game. Sometimes it's easy to see the technical trading patterns, when wall street creates them. Then, always, there comes an 'unexpected' slam down. I've come to believe that the MM's have the ability to manipulate the price up and down 1 dollar and 2 dollars, almost any time they like, and price will go to whatever target they intend it to go to. It's always very tricky to play alongside. Always an educated guess at best. I use the TA tools I find useful.and sit back and watch what happens. Candle sticks are ok, along with Fib targets, plotted for both directions , a rainbow of moving averages, rsi, stoch, volume, whatever you use if you understand the tools through experience and alot of study. It's Never just one tool. These days, I focus alot on support and resistance targets, head and shoulder patterns, Fibonacci math targets, and whenever the Frool says "nonsense" , I know I'm on target. 😛. I like my TA guys here, and pay attention to what they are seeing.
