12 or so years ago. WATTS saw a "Hanging Dead Man" pattern in LQMT's chart that indicated a future trade into the .03s. I think that is what the penny flippers are still hanging onto here.

The fact is that LQMT has already traded in the .03s, so the curse was neutralized.
