The question might be, is it enrolled in the right to try program. If so, perhaps it can be used with DCVax-L.

Like so many FDA programs, right to try sounds good, but few companies put their products in the program as they must give the FDA a lot of information they see as proprietary in order to charge for their products.

I'm a believer that drugmakers and the FDA should reach an agreement on what can be charged without the company giving up the proprietary information many more products would be allowed under right to try.
