For DCVax-L, the most important part is not about OS or PFS even though these are important measures. The most important part is whether it can trigger massive and sustainable t-cell infiltration into tumor sites of all types of solid tumors.

Oh really? That explains why the primary endpoint of their studies is "massive infiltration of T cells into the tumor."

Yeah, do you? Look at the size of those steps in the Kaplan-Meier curve. You didn't present the "at risk" patients, so it's not certain, but by my count you're looking at 6-10 patients in each arm. The fact that they calculated some nominal P value on that analysis is not very convincing.

Statistical significance =/= "my results are right." Do you even know what a P value is?
