promoting a scam

Not promoting anything. Just answering someone who claimed to know I lost money. Saying, "I don't care if it's a scam," is not promoting, at least not in the English language I learned. It was obviously a failure. That doesn't make it a scam. I doubt it started out that way, but it may have ended up that way. Anyone who plays in the OTC better be prepared to get burned by believing they are destined for riches if they just hang on long enough. Over 90% of OTC companies are scams or end up failures. There's money to be made either way.
