As usual, you infer incorrectly.

There is no way any sane person would infer that my comments regarding the outcome of the Kramer litigation is in any way a "defense" of them. My belief is that Kramer has ZERO shares in DBMM, and that ANY outcome in the litigation of Kramer would have zero effect on DBMM's share price. If I said I didn't think that say....Warren Buffet.... .had any "naked" shares of DBMM....would that be a "defense" of Warren Buffet? I hardly think so.

Kramer is a slimy snake and I have never said any different. But that FACTS speak for themselves. Name a single instance where Kramer has been formerly accused of naked shorting, never mind convicted of such a crime. I can find ZERO instances. If you can, please feel free to post them up.

I only know the name Kramer and what his role has seemingly been in the equity world. Never met any of the Kramer's, never had any former dealings of ANY kind with them. But you go right ahead and toss out all the little barbs and innuendo's you want to. As usual, your comments are backed by ZERO evidence of ANYTHING.
