Yes, you can write whatever you want. The whining is irritating. I usually just ignore it, but I was a little irritated in general tonight. But I mean the situation is obvious: this took longer than we expected and we still just have to wait. Yes, I think it's fundamentally different to keep a positive attitude than to write posts whining like a crybaby. There is every chance you can get out whole or better, but you still have to wait and you still are risking that the MAA doesn't get approved and you will lose more. That's investing in a high-risk stock for gosh sake. Is it better to encourage people to hold on or to whine about 'it's so hard'? Whining is hardly a demonstration of anything positive, imo.
Sometimes investments go your way, and sometimes you need to take a writeoff and walk away, and sometimes you can do OK but you need to wait a long time to eventually make a profit. Research universities like Harvard, Yale, etc are going to publish about their local research efforts. The research that will really change the landscape for patients needs to find commercial sponsorship and then get through the clinical trials and get approved first. For better or for worse, NW has and will not shout from the hilltops in places the general public and Google easily find until after they get approved. You certainly ought to know that by now. NW needs to get the approval and then they still need to get to the next step of more widespread commercial success before they become a success story that gets widely known, if they do. Those are just the facts.
WRT direct, they know a hell of a lot more about it now than they did before. They obviously have a plan to finance going forward with trial(s) now, whether that is by selling more shares, or something else remains to be seen. In any case the main show is l and they made clear long ago they weren't going to tout that unless and until the MHRA approves going forward. So they aren't supposed to talk about direct yet because they feel they can't say more about -l now? Why is that a difficult concept to grasp? Or is it a purely emotional issue for you?
