See the figure below? Do I need to explain to you how significantly the blue dots (cancer cells) were reduced in one week? This is DCVax-L alone case without any boosting agents. I cannot imagine what will happen if those boosting agents were included. LP mentioned in 10Q that tumor shrinkage in months would be chosen as outcome measure. She's still being conservative. IMO. It could be one month.
BTW, Dr. Bosch didn't mention about stem cell-like memory (Tscm) cells.
