Just a guess on my part, but I would estimate that the late filings have been a reason for the delay in upgrading to the QB. Now that the company has filed on time, I would expect an upgrade within a few weeks. I like what I am seeing. I am not concerned about whether something happens this month or next month. This company has the potential to be a very attractive acquisition for a major building supply company. If it takes three years to earn a nice premium price, that's fine with me. Just keep growing and improving operations.
