The only thing that is DEFINITELY clear from PR'ing any news before approval, is that it would only benefit swing traders for a very short timeframe, before MMs work the SP down again, spoofing, dark pool trading out of the public eye.
Well dang now Linda is trying to benefit swing traders and MM's by releasing PR's before approval. Darn that old scoundrel playing both sides.
