Absolutely. At this stage, BP is not likely to put a decent offer on the table. At this juncture, we can probably assume low ball is the only game being played, if that. AVXL is so close to the finish line that, if I were Missling, I might be tempted to go for the win; that is, no partner until after approval in Europe. That's where the schizophrenia TLD comes into play, which could present Missling with increased confidence and flexibility. I like the way things are potentially lining up but the cards are totally hidden for another few months.
