Remember I sent short summary of proceedings history along with  photocopies of each of the entire packages of documents sent to FDA(OCI), FDA Commissioner Makari, FTC Chairman Ferguson to the Solicitor General. I told the Solicitor General that I wanted to be sure he was aware of the evidence of the 2 generics' fraud on U.S. Courts should certiorari be granted by Justices in Hikma et al v. Amarin et al. 

Hikma has twice invited the Solicitor General to express his views on the active inducement of infringement issue in its Petition and Reply to Amarin's Opposition. No one has mentioned the fraud issue about which Hikma wants to avoid discussion.
