Correct AFFU never divulged the name of the company.
But your best buddy ever Jim Honan did alude in passing that AFFU was in preliminary talks with a company other than MTi. That was all that was written. No name, no country of origin, no time frame. Nothing else then or now.

Basically an off handed remark that was in keeping with AFFU's goals of other acquisitions in the future after MTi was acquired. This is not to say the second candidate negotiation has evolved any further. In fact we may never hear another word on the company's aspirations for more acquisitions. If I find it, I'll post it.
