Thank you North, have you thought about sending your package to a journalist to highlight the issues with legal manipulation by generics. With me CVS screwed up, prior to dropping coverage they made my doctor send documents on the reasons I needed a brand exception. They sent me documentation approving coverage then 2 months later notified me they were dropping V from the formulary. I then sent Caremark notification I planned to contact Amarin’s lawyers that they are knowingly violating Amarin patents and would provide them my documentation of approval for CVD risk reduction. I never followed through with the Amarin lawyers because my refill was magically covered. I received nothing in writing just my typical zero co pay through blink RX.
