We’re going to find out soon that the merger with GOe3 was a sham. It was never completed . Gtll didn’t fulfill any of their obligations. ie.. the building owned by foxtrot was supposed to transfer to GOe3 as a factory, but 10 days after Gtll announced the sham merger, they sold it for over 3 million to another company. Me along with 2 others I know who have gtll stock are going to be part of a sec complaint. We already have a lawyer who’ll be helping us.
This crap makes me sick . Wayne and Wyatt are behind this mess. I guess they thought no one would find out. They ousted the chairman, who was supposed to own 70 % of Gtll then installed wyatt as chairman. It’s so messed up I see people going to jail over this.
