As of today LP and LG have not received the shares that have been allotted to them by a vast majority of shareholders, twice.

A good majority, if not all the shares that LP has in her possession she has paid for... the majority of them came to her via the first sale of Cognate to the management team, and they didn't have enough cash to pay her, so she instead was paid in NWBO shares.

If she and Les ever receive the shares they've been allotted, it will be when the company is successful and their hard work has been proven out, IMO.
