It could be, might be, maybe... For now there's just indicators; anomalous REE in fenite dikes suggesting the possibility of a nearby carbonatite like at the relatively close by Mountain Pass. These things tend to intrude in clusters, so it's not a crazy hypothesis. However, they have yet to make a discovery or quantify anything with drilling, so it's Trumpian REE hype driving the current valuation. The gold deposit is the only thing that can actually be quantified currently. Rule of thumb these days is, depending on multiple factors +/- US$15/oz for Inferred, $30/oz for Indicated and $50+/oz for Measured for predevelopment gold projects which would value the gold resource at US$37M. I know, sounds cheap. But do a lot of research on junior goldies and you will see this is about average, with some significantly more valuable and some much less.
Let's triple that say due to the REE hype. That's US$110M, or A$169M. So, even with the REE hype (not a given that they have a carbonatite!) this still seems overvalued to me. Just my opinion.

It's a great story with some serious people involved and this might do very well (with exploration success), but it won't be an overnight sensation. Wait for the inevitable dips to buy...
