I think it may be a question of when these options / convertibles are done and they must have gone through a lot of them already in the last week:

Eyeballing it, it looks like about 220 million to 230 million shares have traded since May 29th.

Remember, companies come to the market to raise funds and in exchange for the funds, the company has been performing superbly.
