There is a reason East and West territories were established in the PLA between LQMT and Eontec.

So far, all orders from China have gone through Eontec for the PO, and all orders from the USA (Martin Guitar pins, Evie ring, etc.) have been PO'd through LQMT USA but farmed out to Eontec/Yihao for the manufacturing.

We know Amphenol (USA) will do the assembling of the hinge, so the liquidmetal spline would be PO'd through LQMT USA following protocol and PLA, and the manufacturing farmed out to Eontec/Yihao. This would not involve royalties but revenue for LQMT USA from the PO (just like Martin and Evie).

The PLA was set up to take the guessing game out of this.
