RDAR / Telvantis – Structure is Everything

I’ve been watching OTC setups for decades. What’s unfolding on RDAR now is something we haven’t seen since the post-COVID slingshot runners — real structure, real behavior, and a fundamental pivot that isn’t smoke and mirrors.

Technical setup speaks for itself:

Weekly chart has broken out of a long, clean base — no chop, no fluff.

Volume has been coming in steadily with controlled price movement.

Multiple flushes have failed to break key MAs — and each time, support holds stronger.

Momentum indicators like TSV, MS, and SQZMOM are all confirming the move is just beginning.

Bid support appears to be strategically placed. Red prints getting absorbed.

This isn’t retail doing this. The slingshot pattern is undeniable.

Fundamentals have caught up to the chart:

RDAR is now Telvantis — a telecom infrastructure play with actual revenue behind it.

According to their own disclosures, they generated over $300M last year.

The prior anti-bullying shell is gone. This isn’t a vanity rebrand — the company acquired legitimate operating subsidiaries in both the U.S. and Ireland.

Control has shifted to new leadership with 66% voting power. This wasn't a hostile takeover — it was a full transformation.

Float concerns are understandable — but here’s what matters:

The float sits at 6B, but with only 132 holders, it’s likely more controlled than people realize.

Most of the toxic debt was canceled or retired. Remaining convertible debt is minimal and scattered.

No reverse split is planned, per the company’s own public FAQ.

The float has been turning steadily — but price remains tight. That’s usually a sign of strong hands holding.

If you’ve traded enough OTC setups, you know the feel of a real one. This has it.

What’s impressive here isn’t just the fundamentals or the chart — it’s the behavior. Whoever is behind the current price structure isn’t rushing. There’s a method to how this is being positioned.

I’m watching for confirmation over prior highs, and I’m fully prepared to scale in if the behavior stays consistent.

These don’t come around often anymore. When they do, I trust the process.
