You are correct as of today NC n OS. The Timeline for OS Reduction After a Buyback Starts
😁 Of course actual share purchases must occur first yet since we were alerted that the share buyback began (can't remember the date of) that is a non issue 😉
Settlement & Transfer Time Once shares are bought back follow the same settlement timeframe so
It typically takes T+2 days (trade date + 2 business days) for the transaction to settle.
The repurchased shares are then retired or moved to treasury.
A reduction in OS will only show after:
Shares have been purchased and settled.
Company has notified the transfer agent to cancel or move them to treasury.
This can take a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on:
Transfer agent processing time.
