I'm not naive or unrealistic. I also know that using the term "TACO" is political versus its impact on rates, and the mortgage market. Once you start down that road, you drag the conversation into a back and fourth that provides very little to the message board. Note: it was directed at all including myself. Regardless of what position on the current administration one takes, the MB clearly points out "politics" as a no no.
