No he expects that short shares are held forever until they win, because, you know, its the principle of not being wrong.

The same posters will tell you not to hang around forever on a stock because you could have made money elsewhere.

So this logic applies to bashers but theyre ok with billions of naked shorts sticking around. Why would they stay when they could move on with a smaller gain than expected and tackle the next company.
