One thing I'll add about Rare Earths. They are not Rare. America has blown the production off to cheap labor and the destruction of other nations lands. Typical.
But geopolitical events change and your at the right place at the right time with DTREF.
As for gold, I just buy the stuff. Silver too. I've never hit it big on a gold or silver mine.
