He's not a police officer or a lawyer he's just someone threatening people with a lawsuit, even if we were scammed there's a right and a wrong way to go about getting justice legally and criminally but committing fraud, collecting personal information + funds and threatening to sue people without actually intending to sue I'm not OK with. Let alone trying to sue someone you received insider information from (Chandra) and had personal phone conversations with (even though I don't believe this but this is docsetc's words). He was pumping ENZC and is not credible, period. 
I'm mature enough to accept my losses and bad decisions when it came to beginning investing. If a class action lawsuit comes around I'll be hopping on board or will be notified.
