But behind the Scenes Emil and Staff went out and procured a Dual listed shell Company just perfect for a direct listing. Look at the timing plus the ammendment and anybody can read between the lines that Nukk and Company plans to help List Star 26 owner of Rimon defense contractor company. Do they use Twoh? How else would they do it? Public shells are just laying around? Golden Dome on a Silver Platter I say!
