I think, in all likelihood, after working on CPO in development for many years they must have tested it and had to prove the design works well like any new technology. Offering up an improvement in power and speed should be proven adequately before introduction of polymers which would be a setback timewise. Better to ascertain CPO is successful, then add polymers and test that combo adequately. Phase one and phase two I would say. It will start phase two soon more than likely as successful companies plan ahead very far.
