I read a small book in the early 80's called "The Hidden Stock Market". It explained the how the pink slip market worked and how to play the penny game.
A lot has changed since then. Retail traders have gained easy access to reliable DD and trading platforms that offer professional tools like charting tools and L2 that make profitable trading possible in most market conditions.
The one thing hasn't changed in the art of trading penny stocks over the last 40 years is
