Valuation Potential is Significant

For me it is a head turner for sure!

GOLD 1.1 Million ounces for starters and REE as well.

Based on GOLD $2,900 per ounce our Total Sales Revenue (includes royalties) at 1.773 Billion

6.5 miles from "MP" which is currently the largest U.S. producer of REE.

Some speculating $dtref may have more REE than "MP".

Bottom line GOLD is UP and projected to go higher over the years to come. GOLD alone we are worth .20+ cents imho. Do the math.

REE is the TRUE game changer by itself that can blow the lid off!! Lots of DD to support that statement. "MP" has over a 3.21 billion Market Cap with only REE and NO GOLD.

A 3.21 billion Market Cap places $dtref at a PPS of $1.15. Some believe we may have more REE than "MP". At s PPS of .039 I think we are vastly undervalued.

Perform the DD. There is so much information readily available. Do the digging over the long weekend! I myself am actually reviewing my DD and continue to find pieces I missed. All good.
