This discussion here’s refers to the Russel 3000. Please realize that Lightwave is already operating suspended from the index for 5 days without 99% of us really realizing it, except a few in the know. We are still on the Nasdaq which has a different set of rules. The Russel Index is all 3000 public companies in the US . Lightwave is suspended pending final decision 27 June, In fact the reconstitution period started on 04/19 ( not at 04/14 as I erroneously stated before). The final removal decision needs to be publicly announced by Russell and Lightwave. By the way Lightwave’s market cap increased from the Russell ranking day ( 04/30/25) with 20 mio to 131 mio yesterday. From 14 May the Russell put Lightwave in the index at 0,0001. We will know end of June if the preliminary listing on the add/ delete list will become definitive. Personally I believe we will stay in the Russell based on our marketcap, liquidity and trading volumes.
