There are no active leases

I believe their “Qualified Operator” status is unchanged and I did a quick check, did not find any information otherwise

Just basically a “shell corporation” and Qualified Operator for GOA drilling at this time (NOL and other minimal assets)

It’s a “clean shell” but reverse split isn’t as popular as it once was

The benefit is still there (but diminished a bit, I believe) and that is being the fastest way to access public markets since the preparation for listing is already complete

As you know, the company has voluntarily requested that the stock be delisted

Reinstatement being seriously considered, is my opinion of WHY the filings and corporate status is being maintained

BTW - Ms. Manipulator urged me to NOT disclose the relinquishment of the last lease

She caught it immediately and concerned that her dual-alias would be exposed, very paranoid about something …..
