Is it merely coincidence that they mentioned some company 4 years ago and now they mention the same industry as a target for a merger?

I think the possibility of there being a possible merger 4 years ago, then that group steps back only to re-emerge when possible issues disappear is far more intriguing and legitimate.

Of course, that same company doing $200 million projects make it far more likely that the shell would be worth something...
