why would NWBO/Advent go full in on getting the Procurement license for Direct while this is still a step that can and must be taken far in the distant future and is not urgent at all for now?
Getting a Procurement license is, however, as I have read a very important step for the DCVAXL MAA approval, and thus and therefore was an urgent and present (and hopefully last) next on the todo for MAA.
