The company issued 375 million shares according to the chart in the Q1 they simply show shares issued at $0.0001. Nothing in the quarterly beyond that from what I see about the IBH Capital note. This note was written back on November 12, 2024 for an outstanding balance at that time of nearly $507K. The agreement is to convert that with 750 million shares. 375 million was issued immediately in November with the 375 million balance to be issued later. That later date was apparently to be in March revealed by the share count update of March 26th. Details and links in post number 44584 linked below. I went back and found the actual IBH Capital note and found that the conversions at the time would have calculated out to be $0.00068 a share. Looking at the share count disparity between the unrestricted and what is held at the DTC it would appear that those shares as of the May 14th update were still waiting to get into the market? My guess is they they will skip the weekly update due tomorrow. They are doing well selling this at 9. After several weeks of heavy promotion selling so much at 9 that the profit taking may have subsided and cleared the way for teh new shares.

Found out who they issued the 375 million shares to that showed up in the outstanding share count increase of March 26th. Looks like IBH Capital received the 375 million shares for $0.0001 a share. 😆...

...Looking at wolf's updates where the disparity between the unrestricted and what is held at the DTC grew and remained unchanged per this weeks update. Are those share still not in the market. 🤔
